APPLICATION FORM FOR EXPRESS FUNDING LOAN

This application is required for processing of your loan.Please note that you application can be denied if requirements are NOT met.

XPRESS FUNDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read ALL these terms and conditions carefully BEFORE signing the Loan Agreement Form. However, failure to agree with all these Terms and Conditions will automatically disqualify you from applying for this particular service.
By accepting ALL these terms and conditions you hereby agree to fully repay the loan borrowed from Express Loan Funding and all the necessary fees involved.

❖ The processing fee for each application form is $10.00 USD which should be paid in full at time of application and a screenshot or photo of receipt must be sent before you can be processed and it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
❖ All loans will automatically attract a 30% interest rate on the amount you borrowed in addition the repayment of your loan will be divided into two biweekly payments.
❖ If your payment is late beyond 3 days automatically a late fee of $20 USD will be added to each late week.
Failure to pay:
If for any reason Borrower does not succeed to make any payment on time, Borrower shall be in default. The Lender can then order instant payment of the entire remaining unpaid balance of this loan, without giving anyone further notices. If Borrower has not paid the full amount of the loan when the final payment is due, the Lender will charge Borrower interest on the unpaid balance at 100 percent (%) per year.
Collection fees:
If this note is placed with a legal representative for collection, then Borrower agrees to pay an attorney's fee of twenty percent (20%) of the voluntary balance. This fee will be added to the unpaid balance of the loan.
If you fail to repay the loan as previously agreed on and the loan becomes DELINQUENT , you give us at EXPRESS LOAN all the permission to implement all these necessary actions.
1. Our Lawyer will be involved and a summons will be served for court appearance.
2. Post your picture , balanced owed, place of employment , residence information given to
  us. And this will be posted on all social media and delinquent platforms example INSTAGRAM
3. And we will mail a copy of the complaint letter to your place of employment.
4. And all references listed on the application will be notified .
